- How do I place an order?
- Open the marketplace, add products to your cart and check out with your name, phone number and delivery address. No account is needed.
- How do I pay?
- By Mobile Money. Checkout shows the MoMo number and the exact amount. Send the payment, then forward the screenshot so we can confirm it.
- How do I check on my order?
- Every order gets a reference that starts with IMP. Call or message us with it and we will tell you where your order is.
- When will hostel booking, rides and food delivery be available?
- They are coming soon. We are opening one service at a time. Download the Alow app to hear when each one launches.
